Pricing questions
Yes. On Free, the host can record up to 1 hour of video per meeting, downloadable for 24 hours. AI transcription and minutes are exclusive to paid plans.
After a recorded meeting, Risplo automatically generates the transcript and structured minutes with a summary, decisions, action items and next steps. Paid plans also include a "minutes only" mode: it records audio only, produces the document and discards the audio right after.
The video is available for 24 hours through a secure link and then automatically deleted from our servers (privacy by default). The minutes and transcript remain in your account.
The recording stops automatically at your plan's cap and the file is available as usual. The meeting itself keeps going uninterrupted.
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no lock-in, and you manage everything (upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, card) in the secure Stripe portal, right from your dashboard.
Credit card, processed by Stripe — Risplo never stores your card details. A receipt is emailed for every charge. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL).
