Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

At Risplo, privacy is not a buried setting — it is the architecture of the product. This policy explains, in plain language, which data we process and which we do not, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian law no. 13,709/2018) and the GDPR.

1. What we don't do

2. Anonymous rooms

Anonymous rooms require no sign-up. We collect no name, email, or any identification to create or join a room. The display name shown in the call is optional and exists only for the duration of the session.

3. Account data (optional)

If you create a free account or subscribe to the Basic plan, we collect only the bare minimum: email and password (stored hashed). For subscriptions, payment is processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers.

4. How media travels

All media traffic is encrypted in transit between you and the room. We run our own servers — we don't resell third-party video infrastructure.

5. Minimal technical data

To operate the service and prevent abuse, we may keep temporary technical records (such as IP address and connection time), retained for the shortest period necessary and never linked to the content of your calls.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD and the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time. We store no call history; recordings made by the host expire automatically in 24 hours, and transcripts/minutes can be deleted on request.
