These terms govern the use of Risplo (risplo.com), a browser-based video calling service. By using Risplo, you agree to the conditions below.

1. The service

Risplo lets you create video call rooms and invite participants by link, with no sign-up and no download. The service runs entirely in the browser, on desktop and mobile.

2. Plans and limits

• Anonymous room (free): up to 5 participants, 60 minutes per room, no sign-up.
• Free account: everything in the anonymous room, plus 1 named room with a permanent link.
• Basic plan (R$ 50/month): rooms with no time limit, named rooms as per the plan, and a management dashboard.

3. Subscription and cancellation

The Basic plan subscription is monthly, processed by Stripe, and can be canceled at any time from the subscriber portal — no lock-in, no penalty. Invoices are sent by email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Risplo for illegal activity, harassment, infringement of third-party rights, or distribution of unlawful content. We may close rooms or accounts that violate these rules.

5. Call content

The content of your calls belongs to the participants. Risplo does not record, store, or access the content of conversations. Each participant is responsible for what they share on a call.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and stable, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page, with the update date at the top.
